I am a doctoral researcher at Aalto University working on anion exchange membrane electrolysers (AEMELs), with a focus on the synthesis and characterization of core–shell electrocatalysts using atomic layer deposition (ALD), as well as their activity and stability for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). In particular, I have been studying Pd nanoparticles supported on single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), including TiOx-coated Pd/CNT catalysts. During my research stay at the Cherevko group, I will investigate the dissolution and stability of these electrocatalysts under alkaline conditions using SFC-ICP-MS measurements.
